Search or browse a title, pick a recording, then listen in the page or follow the provider link. Rankings use stored signals such as Archive download counts and review totals—never invented listens. AudioShelf does not replace Internet Archive, LibriVox, or Gutenberg; it deep-links to those hosts.

- Choose a recording from Internet Archive or LibriVox when one is available.
- Press Listen to stream in the page, or follow the deep link to the provider.
audioshelf ranks open public-domain sources. It does not require an account and does not replace the libraries that host the files. Embedded playback still sends technical data (such as IP address and referrer) to those hosts—seePrivacy for details.
Where recordings come from
Playable audio and ebook links come from public-domain collections—chiefly theInternet Archive,LibriVox, andProject Gutenberg. audioshelf does not host the files; it points you to those providers.
